1. There are too many obstacles near the charging dock. Please place the charging dock in an open area.
2. The device is too far away from the charging dock. Please try to place the robot near the charging dock.
*Note: It is recommended to place the charging dock against the wall to prevent the robot from accidentally moving the direction of the charging dock.
3. The charging dock is not powered. Pease make sure that both ends of the charging dock power cord are plugged in.
4. Poor contact. Please clean the charging contacts of the dock and the robot.
