What if my Chuango Indoor Camera PT-300Q is unable to join the network?

It shows that the app cannot join the network of the device.

Please try resetting your Chuango Indoor Camera PT-300Q first.

 

Press and hold the setup button underneath the camera lens. After about three seconds, you will hear a long beep but don‘t let go yet. Please keep holding the button until you hear two short beeps to indicate that the reset was successful.
