What if my Chuango Robot Vacuum RV-600 cannot charge properly?

Please check if the power indicator on the robot is lit. The power button should glow blue when the robot is properly connected to the self-emptying station.
Please check if the charging contacts on the robot vacuum and on the self-emptying station are clean. Dirt can cause poor contact- Wipe off the dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Please check if there is enough space around the self-emptying station. Insufficient space may cause charging failures. Ensure that there are no obstacles within 1.2m in front of the self-emptying station and 0.5m on both sides.
