What if my Chuango Robot Vacuum RV-600 cannot charge properly?

  1. Please check if the power indicator on the robot is lit. The power button should glow blue when the robot is properly connected to the self-emptying station.
  2. Please check if the charging contacts on the robot vacuum and on the self-emptying station are clean. Dirt can cause poor contact- Wipe off the dust with a soft, dry cloth.
  3. Please check if there is enough space around the self-emptying station. Insufficient space may cause charging failures. Ensure that there are no obstacles within 1.2m in front of the self-emptying station and 0.5m on both sides.
