With Chuango WiFi Alarm OV-300 and LTE-400, you can protect your home with Amazon Alexa, once you enable the DreamCatcher Life skill in the Amazon Alexa app.
*Note: Please avoid using numbers and other general information like product name in the device name. We recommend naming your device with a special name to prevent Alexa from misrecognizing your commands.
Say simple commands to Alexa.
If you want to arm the Chuango WiFi alarm, you could say:
“Alexa, arm [device name] in away mode.”
Once armed Alexa will respond with:
“ [device name] is armed in away mode.”
If you ask Alexa to arm Chuango WiFi alarm when you are home,
"Alexa, arm [device name]"
Alexa will respond with:
" [device name] is armed in stay mode".
That means, the alarm is in home arm mode. Sensors in the home zone will be disarmed, while other sensors stay active.
If you want to check the status of your Chuango WiFi Alarm, you could say:
“Alexa, is [device name] armed?”
If you want to disarm your Chuango WiFi Alarm, you could say:
“Alexa, disarm [device name] .”
Alexa will ask for your four-digit voice code. Once properly said, your Chuango WiFi Alarm will disarm.
