What if my Chuango Smart Bulb is unable to join the network?

It shows in the app Unable to join the network "Smart Lighting"

Chuango Smart Light Bulbs Network Unable

Please try resetting your Smart Bulb first.

1. Switch the light on and off more than five times manually, and you shall see the light color turn to cool white.

2. The cool white light shall flash twice, and then the color changes to warm white. This is your signal that the smart bulb has been reset successfully.
